To get to Chapel Lane from Houston, go out the Northwest Freeway past Waller an Prairie View to the Liendo Parkway exit. Turn north a mile and a quarter, connect with Wyatt Chapel Road. Turn right .7 miles to Chapel Lane. Go toward the church. Take the driveway to the 2.94 acres.

Presently the 2.94 acres is priced at $58,000 for the whole tract. If I bring in utilities and other amenities, the price will go up.
